What Killed Aiyana Stanley-Jones?

Since I have covered unarmed shootings there are two cases that standout as the most violent of these tragedies. The killing by a police officer in Detroit of 7 year old Aiyana Jones and the shooting death of Tarika Wilson in Lima,Ohio. Ms. Wilson's baby was also wounded and loss a finger to amputation. Both of these deaths were the result of the police conducting raids on their residence. And in both cases the individuals the police were looking for were not even on the premises.
